WHY CHOOSE LONE STAR?

Some may consider a locally-owned real estate company too small to be effective in the competitive real estate market.  In reality, locally-owned offices are extremely specialized with a focus on customer service and professionalism.  You can be assured that not only your Realtor, but the entire office team, is working to represent you and assure your transaction is smooth and efficient.

In today’s technology-based world, a local real estate firm like Lone Star Realty can still compete with the larger franchises.  We have access to the same marketing technology and listing information as national firms.  We access information through multiple listing service (MLS), which is available to both national franchises and small locally-owned companies.

OUR PROCESS

Reputation matters and word-of-mouth provides much of our business.  We strive to build lasting relationships in the community by offering reliable, top-quality service.  We rely on referrals and repeat business to continue our success.  Our goal is to ensure our community thrives through home ownership and business creation.  We strive to be aware of the local rules and regulations and to promote property rights in our area.  Everyone in our office lives works and raises our families in the North Texas area.  Our Realtors can be found volunteering at local organizations and events.  We also provide sponsorship for and contribute to local school events and non-profit organizations.
